Seattle, WAPosted Jan 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My first round started with a self-introduction from the interviewer, followed by a set of experience and background check questions.

There were also two basic questions from clients included toward the end of the conversation.

It was very easy overall, mostly because the flow was simple and not overly technical. The interviewer ended by saying they’d email me either later that day or the next day.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the experience still felt low pressure and structured. The reflection I had was that it felt like a quick screening rather than a deep evaluation, so I wasn’t sure how much signal could come from it.
