London, EnglandPosted Mar 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I applied for the role and the next day I got invited to a recorded competency interview.

I had about seven days to complete it, and the whole thing was short—roughly fifteen minutes—with around five questions. Before each response, I was given only a brief preparation window, then I recorded my answer.

About two weeks later, I received the disappointing news that I hadn’t progressed. I tried to request feedback, but I didn’t get any, which left me feeling a bit uncertain about what landed and what didn’t. Overall the format was straightforward, but the lack of feedback made the rejection feel more abrupt than the process itself.
