Troy, MIPosted Sep 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for the Account Executive role with a more intensive, multi-round structure—sometimes spread across several meetings or even days—so the overall difficulty ranged from average to difficult.

HR screen — I started with an HR call to establish fit and review the process.
Manager round(s) — I moved into conversations with managers and leaders who were very precise about what they wanted and what I needed to demonstrate.
Team/co-worker interviews — I met additional colleagues via Zoom or in-person, focusing on how I’d work with the team and handle client needs.
Extended final discussions — Some paths included another leadership interview (e.g., a sales executive/VP) and logistics/negotiation topics.
Outcome timing — In one case I received an offer
