I had an average-difficulty, fairly structured Account Executive interview experience that typically played out over about 1–3 weeks.

Recruiter screen — I talked with a recruiter about my background, sales/client experience, and what the role expects.
Team/management interviews — I met with managers and/or team leaders to go deeper on my experience and fit, including strengths and how I handle workplace situations.
Leadership/role-specific panel or additional manager round — I answered situational/behavioral questions about collaboration and client relationship management; one process included a more formal panel format.
Role tools/assessment (when applicable) — In one case, I completed a TriMetrix
