Coral Gables, FLPosted May 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a generally easy, friendly interview journey for the Account Executive role, with a relaxed tone and clear communication.

Initial recruiter/HR conversation (phone or video) — I discussed my background and experience, along with my fit for the role and expectations.
Interviews with managers/team members — I answered straightforward, job-relevant questions about my communication, relationship-building, and how I’d handle day-to-day responsibilities.
Second management round (sometimes two people) — I focused on behavioral and role-specific needs, but the questions were described as direct and easy to follow.
In-person or role-focused add-on — Some processes included an in-office discussion
