Bothell, WAPosted Aug 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for an Account Executive role at HUB International in a more leadership-heavy flow, and the process felt moderately difficult but ultimately rewarding.

Recruiter screen — an initial phone conversation that connected me to the operations/hiring leadership.
Operations / leadership interview — a deeper first meeting with senior leadership to understand my professional background and how I’d fit.
Multiple team member interviews — I then met with several team members so they could understand my perspective and I could learn how the company operates.
Benefits/compensation discussion (where applicable) — a follow-up conversation with Talent Acquisition to cover benefits and salary and address remaining questions.
