I interviewed for Software Engineer via an internship-to-fulltime style process and found the rounds relatively average, with heavy emphasis on teamwork and my resume story.

Two-stage interviews — I explained my prior work and background and addressed whether I’d be a strong team player.
Behavioral/resume-focused discussion — I talked through experiences from inside and outside school, including projects and some technical context. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer in these stages, but the takeaway was that interviewers cared most about how my projects and experience mapped to the team.
