I interviewed for Software Engineer at HP IQ with an average difficulty and a resume-focused flow that included targeted coding and technical checks.

Recruiter/initial video interview — I walked through my background and projects, and the interviewer asked about the difficulties I’d faced.
Targeted coding/technical questions — I answered a few syntax-related questions in C plus at least one bitwise operation coding question.
Multi-stage skills checks (hiring manager → higher-level manager) — Each stage included resume-based questions, a technical knowledge check, and coding, but the process emphasized relevant skills rather than unusually hard problems. Outcome: No offer, but I felt the questions were fairly aligned
