I went through a lighter, fundamentals-and-fit style process for a Software Engineer role, with quick rounds and minimal technical depth.

Intro / recruiter-style check — a very casual chat about what I’d been doing, plus activities and future goals; the job and expectations were explained.
Basic assessment / skills check — a quick test and brief presentation; questions felt like simple word/format or diagnostic-style prompts rather than deep preparation.
On-spot communication & troubleshooting scenario — I was asked to demonstrate diagnostic and communication skills, including how I’d handle a communication problem in a high-end laptop already supplied to customers.
Closing experience — the overall flow
