I went through a fully online, multi-round interview process for a Software Engineer role that felt difficult and time-intensive.

Aptitude + coding online round — I completed an online aptitude and coding stage.
Technical interview — I moved to a dedicated technical round.
Managerial interview — I then had a managerial discussion.
HR interview (final) — the process concluded with an HR interview. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was that the full sequence was demanding even without a single standout coding moment.
