Before the formal assessment, I went through a group-based adjustment stage for a graduate program.

It included a group session where we did work together, and then I had an individual presentation in English. The rest of the activities were in Italian, which was a real test of switching between languages depending on context.

There were also group exercises built around business case style problems, plus elements focused on time management. Even though it wasn’t strictly framed as a typical sales interview, it still tested how I think under pressure and how I handle structured tasks with others.

Overall it felt difficult at times, but I stayed engaged because the exercises were concrete.
