What stood out to me wasn’t a single interview question—it was the pattern around hiring itself.

I applied multiple times and the process always seemed to repeat in cycles, with constant job postings and very little sign of real progress. It felt like they were continuously gathering candidates rather than making decisions.

Each time I tried to follow up, communication went nowhere. Emails either didn’t get answered or came back with an automated message claiming I had withdrawn my application, even though I hadn’t. The whole thing made me feel cautious about investing time, because the experience didn’t seem to match an honest hiring effort.
