Hilti Group Account Executive interview experience

In the initial interview, I had a lot of questions that were genuinely directed at me, which made the conversation feel more human than robotic. Afterward, the impression was positive, and I was told they would follow up.

But the follow-through never happened. I didn’t hear back at all, even after two messages where I followed up politely. The silence made the whole experience feel almost rude, especially because the meeting itself had ended well. By the time time passed, it didn’t feel like a decision so much as a disappearance.
