My interview process felt surprisingly straightforward at first, and honestly it turned into more of a conversation than a sharp interrogation.

The first round lasted about 30 minutes, and it was framed in a way that made it easier to speak freely rather than just respond to scripted questions.

As the rounds went on, the tone shifted. They felt more serious the higher it went, and the questions got more precise. In my second round, the discussion quality stood out to me because the questions were accurate and reflected what they were actually looking for.

I didn’t get an offer, but the overall feel was positive—at the beginning it was approachable, and later it became more rigorous in a way that still felt fair.
