My first interaction was pretty straightforward and professional, and I had a generally positive sense of the company.

The early interviews set a tone that felt stable and responsible, and I didn’t get the impression that the process was random or chaotic.

On the interview side, it was typically conducted over Teams with HR and a manager. After a short introduction about what the job involved, they invited me to talk about myself and my university experience, which made the conversation feel more like a discussion than a rapid interrogation. Overall, it was a smooth start—exactly the kind of calm, candidate-friendly tone you want from an organization that emphasizes a positive hiring experience.
