MumbaiPosted Dec 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed expecting a more professional process, but the experience felt casual and communication-heavy with broad technical questioning rather than a tight evaluation.

HR outreach + scheduling — HR communication took time and felt informal; I was supported when rescheduling.
Technical interviews (two software professionals) — questions were broad and started with fundamentals like Spring/Spring MVC and core Java.
Deepening at interview time — the questions expanded across related topics, and the overall vibe was more “do you know” than scenario evaluation. Outcome: I wasn’t selected; the takeaway was that process professionalism and interview structure affected how it felt to compete.
