I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with an easy overall feel, using a straightforward three-round format that ended with selection but not a finalized offer letter.

Technical round: C++ OOPs + data structures — I was asked about basic OOPs in C++, core data structures, and the singleton design pattern.
Technical follow-up (design fundamentals) — another round continued with similar fundamentals and pattern-level questions.
HR round — a formality-style HR conversation where the interviewers orally conveyed I was selected and requested salary expectations and identity documents.
No written offer due to joiner timing — I wasn’t given a final offer letter because they had an immediate joiner. Outcome: I was effectively selected
