I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with an overall easy-to-average difficulty, finishing in roughly 2–4 weeks.

Recruiter/HR outreach — a scheduling-first call where we discussed my background and the role; communication after rounds was described as timely.
Intro tech screen — a single round focused on an easy LeetCode-style question (arrays/strings), plus discussion of design patterns and the domain; language familiarity was expected.
Hiring manager / team fit — a video round with a manager covering prior work and role expectations; questions weren’t seen as extremely hard.
Onsite-style: system design + coding (campus/internal) — system design paired with medium LeetCode array
