I started with a phone interview with a recruiter, and once that was done I went into a face-to-face panel interview.

The in-person meeting included sales managers, and they used a fixed list of questions where people rotated asking. It wasn’t conversational in the way I expected—it felt rigid and programmed.

Even though everyone remained professional, that structure made it harder to build momentum in the conversation. I left the process feeling like my answers were being measured more against a script than against an actual discussion, and ultimately I didn’t receive an offer.
