I went through recruiter calls that felt somewhat unorganized, mostly because two different hiring managers essentially asked the same questions using nearly identical templates.

That made the process feel like there wasn’t much coordination between them. On top of that, I applied thinking the job was remote, but during the calls I was told it was actually semi-hybrid—there’d be in-office training and periodic office visits every month.

It threw me off because it wasn’t what the posting implied, and the mismatch made it hard for me to take the process seriously. I never got to an offer stage, and the overall experience left me feeling like the details that mattered weren’t communicated clearly from the start.
