I received a call and they ran a quick mini interview.

It was mostly about what I was expecting from the role and how I thought I could contribute to the company, and also what the company could offer me in return. It felt very accessible, and the whole conversation moved fast.

Even though it was brief, the tone was friendly and straightforward, with no sense of pressure. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but I remember walking away with the impression that the process would be easy to navigate.
