Hays Consultant interview experience

I started with an initial screening call with talent acquisition, then I went into an assessment center stage. That assessment center included working with other applicants alongside me, and I could also tell they wanted to see how I performed in a real, group-style environment rather than only through traditional questions.

For the final step, I met with the team managers and seniors for the team that would be hiring me. The focus there felt more grounded in how my background matched what the team needed day to day, and it also gave me a chance to interact with more of the people involved.
