• Recruiter screen — I had an initial interview with talent acquisition.
• Team manager interview — I followed up with a manager interview in a tight scheduling window.
• Aftercare / feedback wait — I was told I’d hear back soon, but the follow-up never arrived, even after multiple weeks and my own message.
• Multi-location / extra manager conversations (sometimes) — In another version, I was interviewed across stages and locations, but still received no rejection email, call, or feedback.

Outcome: I didn’t get the offer; the takeaway was that lack of timely feedback
