Leeds, EnglandPosted Nov 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I spoke with the hiring manager for the role, and he was both candid and pleasant.

The conversation covered what they needed and how I approached the job, and even though I didn’t get the offer, the experience didn’t feel negative.

What stuck with me was that it genuinely felt like a learning opportunity. It also felt like the company was one that people would enjoy working for, based on the way the hiring manager talked about the role.

I left without the job, but with the impression that the process was fair and that I could take something useful from it.
