I went through a short, somewhat disorganized Hays process for the Consultant role over about a week in early January.

Application + LinkedIn touch — I applied online and was contacted via LinkedIn.
Phone call — I had an initial phone call.
Email + follow-up call attempt — I received an email and was expected to get a follow-up call, but the interviewer didn’t schedule it and there was no formal rejection email.
Outcome timing/feel — The process felt incomplete rather than structured.
Outcome: No offer; it ended quietly without clear wrap-up or rejection communication.
