My process was long and felt like a full slate rather than a quick hiring funnel.

I went through an HR round for culture fit, plus a manager-style conversation focused on motivation and alignment with the team.

The coding portion wasn’t easy either—there were multiple challenging code interviews described as medium-level LeetCode work. Overall, the whole thing took a total of around 10 interviews, which made it feel demanding from a stamina and consistency perspective.

I didn’t receive an offer, and the main reflection I left with was that the process treated each stage as a real filter—both for coding execution and for how I explained myself to different audiences.
