I started with a quick phone screen that felt friendly and low-pressure, then the process moved into a handful of technical rounds.

The coding and design questions came up back-to-back, and the vibe was very approachable—more like a conversation around how I thought than a strict interrogation.

A final interview then shifted toward soft skills, with the focus on how I communicated and how I would fit with the team. Even though it ended with a rejection rather than an offer, the overall experience felt respectful and fairly smooth, which was honestly a big part of why it didn’t feel as overwhelming as I’d feared.
