I had a generally positive experience interacting with the team, and I really appreciated that the recruiter provided feedback after a rejection.

The interview itself felt respectful and engaging.

One thing that did stand out for me was a caution about the interview dynamics: if an interviewer started giving guidance or hints during the process, it left a bad impression. I could feel that the evaluation style mattered—there was a line between helpful clarification and something that could skew how it’s judged.

I didn’t get an offer. My takeaway was that the people and communication were good, but the process could still shift based on how much the interviewers intervened while I worked.
