Goodwill Account Executive interview experience

• Manager conversation (in-person) — I answered basic questions to confirm fit and readiness, and the manager set expectations for what would come after hiring.
• Pre-employment step — I was also told about a drug test as part of the process.

Outcome: I felt at ease throughout, and the takeaway was that the company kept the interview focused on comfort, clarity, and quick onboarding.
