I had a harder, uncomfortable Account Executive interview experience that felt rushed and one-sided over a single-day conversation.

Interviewer-led discussion — I sat through what felt like a quick, checklist-style screen; they didn’t seem interested in genuinely getting to know me, and some questions came across as condescending or dismissive rather than engaging.
Second interviewer atmosphere — The discomfort continued with the next person as well, reinforcing that the interaction wasn’t a real two-way conversation. Outcome: I didn’t advance; the takeaway is that even when the format is brief, engagement and respect from the interviewer matter a lot.
