I interviewed for an Account Executive role in a process that felt structured and fairly transparent, though it didn’t always end in an offer.

Initial screen (online or short chat) — I kept it concise and focused on my background; the process felt transparent and easy, with fewer people involved.
Manager conversation — They asked about my previous experience and how I handle unexpected problems, and I was told I’d hear back.
Onsite/education-focused discussion — They reviewed my work history and availability, and I learned more about responsibilities and opportunities. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway is that the process was clearer than most, but fit wasn’t the final result.
