Egypt, TXPosted Nov 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

For the Account Executive role, my interview was quick and straightforward, with a bit more focus on physical and retail readiness than deeper interview tactics.

Manager-led practical screening — I was asked about how much weight I could handle, since the job involved heavy lifting, and about my physical ability.
Retail tools check — I discussed my familiarity with using a POS system and tagging.
Sales/productivity discussion — I also talked about sales skills and how the role could grow into more responsibility. Outcome: I walked away with a clear sense that the evaluation was practical and job-specific—if I could demonstrate readiness, that was enough to get considered.
