Oxford, MIPosted Oct 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a fast, paperwork-heavy interview process centered on role basics, availability, and getting started immediately.

Initial store conversation — I was asked a few quick questions about my experience and availability, and in one case the interview focused heavily on past job experience.
Corporate/role overview style — In another, I mostly listened while the interviewer explained what the organization does and what the job entails, with me contributing very little.
Decision and onboarding same day — I filled out lots of paperwork and was put to work the same day; training was described as partially hands-on and self-guided for register tasks.
Optional tour — One manager/district set
