Columbia, MOPosted Jul 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a very easy, low-pressure interview built around friendliness, basic expectations, and practical readiness to work.

Casual screening + “company fit” gate — I was asked basic questions and felt the bar was mainly attitude and reliability.
Quick in-person manager conversation — I got the sense they needed people urgently and that a positive attitude could carry the day.
Laid-back process with room for questions — Management explained the process thoroughly, gave time to ask questions, and kept things calm.
Discussion of company operations — I talked through how the company works day-to-day (including stocking and sorting clothing items).
