My process included a Python responder exercise where I worked through tasks and then had conversations with people responsible for the area.

The whole thing mixed technical knowledge questions with soft-skill questions, and I remember how deliberate the setting felt.

The language setup was also a bit unusual for me: the entire interview was in English, except for the first five minutes, which were in Portuguese. After that, every technical and behavioral question landed in English, including the follow-ups during the Python exercise.

By the end, there was no offer. What stayed with me most was the pressure of switching fully to English quickly while still handling a mix of Python-level reasoning and interpersonal questions.
