I applied online and, about a week later, I got an email from HR asking me for times to interview.

My first interview with the hiring manager combined technical and non-technical questions, and it felt like they were assessing both how I think and how I explain myself. The next round was DSA pair programming, where I worked through the problem with the interviewer.

The interviews weren’t described as chaotic, and the difficulty felt manageable overall—more “consistent evaluation” than a surprise test. I didn’t end up with an offer, but I left feeling like the process was aligned and fair, even though I couldn’t match what they were looking for in the final decision.
