Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I cleared the CoderPad technical screening for a Software Engineer role, then got invited to a virtual Superday.

The timeline still felt quick—I'd been scheduled for the Superday on March 20—but I had a conflict on that date so I had to withdraw.

I let the recruiter know and asked to be considered for future sessions. Since then, a few weeks passed and I hadn’t heard anything back yet, which was honestly the most frustrating part. The technical part had gone well up to that point, but the process stalled purely because of scheduling, and it left me uncertain about whether I’d get slotted back in.
