My process ended up being three technical interviews total.

The first was a LeetCode-style coding round, and then the next two were back-to-back panel-style interviews.

During the panel rounds, the discussion leaned heavily on my background and experience rather than jumping straight into a fresh coding problem. One of the quirks was that the first panelists seemed a bit less grounded in the specific technical concept they were talking through, but the questions that did come up still forced me to think and explain my reasoning clearly.

Even though the coding part felt manageable, the panel format was more about narrative and technical storytelling.
