My first round was a screening call, and then I moved into a Coderpad stage with two DSA questions.

After that, the process turned into a superday with three rounds: another coding-style Coderpad segment, a system design discussion, and an HR technical and behavioral interview.

Even though overall it seemed like a decent experience, I struggled with how vague the technical questions felt during live answering. They would jump between multiple topics quickly, and it made it hard to fully lock in before the interviewer moved on.

By the end, I didn’t get an offer, and the main thing I took away was that the round structure made it more difficult to deliver consistently.
