Essex Junction, VT2015 interview · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I applied for the software developer position in late 2015 and didn’t hear anything for a while—eventually I got an onsite interview invitation at the end of December.

Two weeks later I did an onsite that lasted about two hours and included conversations with four people.

About a week after that, I had another phone interview with someone else on the team. Then, roughly two weeks later, I had an offer in hand.

The whole thing felt quick and organized despite the calendar gap between application and the onsite. My honest reflection was that once I got into the process, the steps moved with enough clarity that I could stay calm and just focus on doing well in each conversation.
