My process felt excessive for the level they advertised, and it started with a recruiter screen about my resume and basic fit.

From there, I moved into a technical interview with the hiring manager, and then the timeline escalated into two long panel rounds. Each panel involved roughly four panelists plus the hiring manager, and the rounds became extremely time-consuming while also going very deep.

What made it especially hard was that the questions were intensely technical and sounded more like something meant for a senior tapeout engineer than for a new graduate. They probed implementation choices, technical decisions, challenges, and how specific resume projects mapped to what they actually expected in the role.
