I interviewed first with an HR representative and then with the entire team I’d be working with.

The setting felt pretty laid back, and the conversations were conversational rather than intense.

The only real snag was that they expected me to have a PowerPoint presentation prepared, and I wasn’t informed about that beforehand. Because of that, the meeting quickly became a scramble to align on what they wanted, and we ended up spending time going over my resume and me asking questions about what day-to-day work looked like.

The difficulty was average, and even though the vibe was casual, that presentation expectation added stress that wasn’t earned through the interview content itself.
