My phone interview went smoothly even though I waited about an hour before the interviewer connected.

Once we started, it felt like the conversation checked several layers: my experience, my level of knowledge based on my background, and how I dealt with issues at work.

The difficulty was average. What stood out was that it wasn’t only about whether I claimed certain skills—it was about how I’d handle problems and how I described my own working style. I left the call feeling like it had been more of a real evaluation than a quick screening.
