I went through four rounds of technical interviews, and each one added a different layer: team members, then managers, then directors, and finally senior fellows.

Every session was relatively short—around 30 minutes—so the whole thing moved in quick bursts of discussion rather than long assessments.

The entire interview period felt like it ran over about two weeks, and then I waited about a month for the offer decision. Because the rounds spanned multiple levels of leadership, it didn’t feel like a single judgment call; it felt like a structured technical evaluation across the organization. It was intensive in coverage, even though the individual meetings were compact.
