My process started with the recruiter side, and then it moved into a fairly typical multi-step flow that included two phone conversations followed by an in-person round.

The schedule felt a bit slow compared with some other companies I’d seen, and the interview slots could run longer than expected.

At the core of the interviews, I kept getting pulled back to my past experience and how I communicated it. In the longer conversations with professionals, the focus wasn’t on a formal technical exam or anything like that; instead, I was discussing how I’d worked before and how I’d think through problems. Digital electronics came up naturally during the discussion—topics like DAC, ADC, CMOS, ADC, and flip-flops were mentioned as part of the conversation.
