My interview process felt very “resume-driven.” An interview committee of four to five people met with me, and it played out as a set of individual 1:1 conversations.

Each interview lasted about half an hour, and the whole thing stretched to roughly three hours.

Most of what I discussed came back to the projects I had listed on my resume. They didn’t just skim titles—they asked questions that were anchored in how I described my work, so I had to be ready to explain decisions, context, and the details behind the statements I’d made.

The atmosphere stayed friendly, but it was still average in difficulty because the questions required real specificity rather than vague summaries. I felt like I was being asked to demonstrate ownership of my own experience.
