This was mostly a technical discussion, and I honestly enjoyed the overall process more than I expected because it didn’t feel like a rapid-fire Q&A.

The complete team was part of the interview process, which made it feel like they were collectively evaluating fit.

It was also my first interview after a long gap of about 6.5 years since getting placed in campus. The experience ended up feeling manageable, even with that time away, because the questions stayed more conversational and focused on discussion rather than tricking me.

No offer came out of it, but I walked away energized and not exhausted. My reflection was that the style of the interview mattered a lot—I didn’t feel overwhelmed, and that made it easier to stay engaged.
