Malta, NYPosted Aug 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I came in through a career fair where I submitted my resume, and then the process moved quickly into interviews.

First I had a telephonic interview, and then I was invited to an on-site all-day interview. That day had a clear flow.

On site, I had to present on my graduate research work, which added an academic layer beyond typical resume talk. After the presentation, I went into 1:1 technical interviews with various people. The structure felt like they were checking both how clearly I could explain research and how I performed in more direct technical conversations.

The difficulty felt average overall, and the format was intense but coherent—presenting first, then switching into technical discussions.
