I went onsite and did a few interviews with different departments.

The questions were mostly standard interview topics, and the people I spoke with were pretty nice and willing to talk through aspects of the job.

It didn’t feel hostile or overly tricky; the vibe was collaborative and conversational. Even so, I didn’t receive an offer.

My reflection was that being able to talk about the job with people from different departments made the process feel transparent. Without an offer, it still felt like a fair experience, and I left thinking the decision came down to overall fit rather than surprises in how the questions were asked.
