SingapurPosted Apr 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interviews focused heavily on my background and what I’d learned, along with what I knew about the position and the company.

The conversation then shifted into more personal and longer-horizon questions, including family and what my next five-year plan looked like.

The overall tone felt like a blend of fit and life planning rather than purely technical evaluation. I didn’t end up with an offer.

My reflection was that the emphasis on my personal trajectory made the process feel less about specific skills and more about whether my goals and expectations matched what the role could offer.
